GameSpot has an interview with lead game developer for Massive Entertainment's upcoming game World in Conflict that is set to launch in 2007. The game is based on a cool concept of the not too distant cold war and allows gamers to control the rival armies and wage the war we might have seen had things not gone well during the Cold War. While Massive ins best know for its sci-fi game settings, all weapons and hardware in World in Conflict actually existed in 1989. Looks like a title for the RPG crown to be anxiously awaiting.
