Derek Smart's 2004 budget sequal to the everlasting Battlecruiser 3000AD series of games has now, as promised, been released as freeware for download on Strategy Informer. The free game is exactly the same as the version released to retail shelves in 2004, albeit fully patched, and lacking in multiplayer.

For those that don't know, it was a shooter/flight space sim mix which was incrediably complex; and still is. The manual pretty much n eeds to be read for the game to make any sense at all, but some people do love this style, so check it out if you are a fan.
