Think the Sims was casual gaming? Think again.

The Sims. A universal success, played by millions around the world, yet there is no real goal or end to the game... could one say it was one of the first examples of a true casual game? Probably.
However, EA have decided that it isn't casual enough and have announced they are releasing two downloadable titles which have some vauge connection to the series itself.
Joystiq reports that they are going to be an odd shooter where you try to hit bumpers (No, I don't understand what the hell they mean either), and some sort of city building game which consists of fitting blocks together (Kind of like tetris, they presume.
So long as casual games don't begin to effect the hardcore shooters and RTS's the PC is made for, I don't have too much of a problem with them...
