EA used an interesting marketing campaign yesterday to help promote the official launch of The Godfather for PC and console. EA delivered thousands of oranges to the streets in major markets like New York, Chicago and San Francisco. In the original movie, oranges were the symbol of death and rebirth. The oranges were adorned with stickers featuring a link to the site Godfather321.com. Cool way to advertise what should be a cool game.
