That was just me yelling due to this recent news item. It seems like spore, Will Wright's creature/civilization simulator may be pushed back to 2009. Yep, you read right. 2 freakin' years. That is so disappointing. Why, oh why must you let us suffer, EA?

It seems there may be bad news for those anticipating Will Wright's latest opus, Spore, this year - Electronic Arts has announced the game mightn't see a release until 2009. As part of its post-earnings report, according to Reuters, EA has removed Spore from its financial projections for the fiscal year ending in March 2008, noting that the game could be delayed until fiscal 2009 - which ends in March 2009.
