CVG are reporting that Pandemic's highly anticipated action/destruction game, Mercenaries 2: World in Flames is to be released later than it's original, rather vague, "2007" date.

Set to a slightly political back story revolving around dictators, oil, and tyranny, the game is said to offer unparalleled destructive abilities, by allowing you to literally blow everything up with your carried weapons, and also by calling in air strikes when needed.

The only odd thing is that CVG has no real sources, no press releases, or anything to back it up. More on the story if and when it comes.
