Guitar Rising; Guitar Hero goes real.
Fan of guitar hero? Wish you could play a real guitar, but still be damn good at it? well here might be a solution! Guitar Rising is a new PC game that has been announced, where you play the standard guitar hero "hitting the notes and strumming" game, but with a twist; you use a real guitar, hooked up through your sound card.
Now, this does sound like it has the potential to both be majorly awesome and to help teach people to play the guitar, yet one thing does bug me…how accurate will note detection through the soundcard input be? surely it will vary depending on sound card and the like…. Oh well, we'll see, I'm hopeful at least!.

I cant wait for this game to come out, Its done well it should be awesome. I’m just wondering what there gonna do for add on packs and updates.
Would be nice to see a specific tab format implemented so you could import your own but i guess like most gaming companys they will probably be more about the $$$. Shame really
