Primotech have come out with some rather strong allegations, today suggesting that a senior editor of the massive GameSpot, is now out of a job because he reviewed a game, Kane and Lynch, somewhat negatively.
The fact that the gamespot site is itself covered in adverts for the game, allowing users to string together their own trailers, and just generally a massive ad campaign, it doesn't seem that farfetched. Hopefully there is some other reason, and this isn't a case of people being forced out due to pressure from PR companies.
Just makes you wonder how many reviews online are realistic scores, and not inflated due to a bit of cash injection here and there...
