Far Cry 2, the sequal to Far Cry that isn't Crysis….let's start again. CryTek, developers of the original Far Cry, split from Ubisoft but left the Far Cry name with them; they then developed their sequal to the game in the form of the massively overhyped Crysis, while Ubisoft got to work at Far Cry 2, a whole different kettle of fish…
The game is set in 50 square km of desert, jungle, and all sorts of terrain, and you are allowed to explore as you like, providing you don't get killed of course!
