EA goes hostile on Take Two

EA, who previously offered a whopping 2billion USD for Take Two, have decided to go for a slightly less polite takeover method than direct company offers.... they have gone to the shareholders.

Offering the shareholders the price virtually sealslinks Take Two's fate as a new division of EA, as they are more than likely only in it for the money.

It'll be sad to see yet another company fall to the buying power of a larger company, esspecially with a hostile takeover situation.

Upsetting.
