EA and iD team up...

EA seem to be snapping up publishing deals all the time now... iD is just the latest in a long list of developers to join the mega-company. Some say it's sad for them to go to the "corperate giant" of EA, but there is very very good, game related reasons for choosing EA as a publishing partner. The cash EA have, and can inject into the project, is very helpful, as is the lack of a tight deadline, as EA can easily afford to let the game slip a while to allow quality to improve.

RAGE will be the first game published by EA.. hopefully we'll have some details on that sometime...
