Recent research by games analysts DFC Intelligence have come to the prediction that the pc game market will be worth a massive $13billion by the year 2012, with the total videogame market said to be going towards $47million.

It is said that much of the growth between now and then will be through various online media, such as digital distribution, and the increasing use of Pay to Play systems, a long with "microtransactions" (a term and concept that disgusts me)
