Staff on the City of Heroes forums have revealed today that user generated content is set to be launched for the game, which is nearing its 4th anniversary; an impressive feat in the current WoW dominated MMO world.

The post from lead developer, states that user made story arcs, with villians, dialogue, and absolutely everything else, made by the user themselves, will be uploaded to the servers of the game, and can be downloaded and rated by other users.

Seems a very good idea if you ask me, and it's not a bad game; I played for a short period of time a while ago...
