One of the earliest memories I have as a child is one of playing Chess. I havent played as much as I would like to in recent years since having kids, but that's coming to an end. Last week my wife and oldest son had some "mommy and me" time and they ended up playing checkers after lunch.
The next day I fired up Chess Titans and started playing in the hope that my son would see me and come over. Sure enough, before I got to my second move he was hovering over, highly interested. I explained the game to him, and how each of the pieces was special. He picked it up quickly and within an hour he pretty much nailed each pieces ability and weakness.
